We lost the great Larry Collins January 5th. I’m so glad I got to catch their act a handful of times over years, both here and abroad. Total professionals and always put on a great show. R.I.P. Larry and Lorrie.
Last week I got an invite to bring some guitars to a Jim Irsay band rehearsal where I got to hang with Billy Gibbons for a bit, what a blast! The Irsay collection of rare guitars and historic memorabilia is incredible. Check it out if you get the chance.

I can’t believe it’s been over 6 years since JD’s Lucky Penny video came out. Time is flying! I thought I’d repost the video along with a few close up pictures I took last year of the guitar. I love that it’s starting to show some of the miles JD is putting on it!
