This was super fun to build for a guy that was a big influence on me early on, Greg “Smokey” Hormel. I’d go hear Smokey play around LA in the mid/late 80s. One gig in particular I remember clear as day. He played Charlie Christian’s Till Tom Special followed by “Gatemouth” Brown’s Okie Dokie Stomp. I’m still trying to play like that 35+ years later.
